Martin Solan is a future committee member for the Royal Society, the United Kingdom’s national science academy.
Martin, member of the Scientific Steering Committee of ecoSERVICES, accepted his appointment on the Global Environmental Research Committee of the Royal Society. Congratulations Mart!
The Royal Society is a Fellowship of many of the world’s most eminent scientists and is the oldest scientific academy in continuous existence. The Society’s fundamental purpose is to recognise, promote, and support excellence in science and to encourage the development and use of science for the benefit of humanity.
The Society is co-run by a system of forty-one Committees among which is the Global Environmental Research Committee on which Martin will serve.
